INX has multiple Digital and Conventional solutions ready for Labelexpo Europe
Friday 19. July 2019 - INX International Ink Co. (Stand 4C25) plans to display a full range of industry leading conventional and digital products, including sustainable and dispensing solutions, at Labelexpo Europe, September 24-27 in Brussels, Belgium.
Through the support of Sakata INX and its global R&D capabilities, INX International can offer color management expertise, a high level of technical support, and a full portfolio of high quality and cost effective products designed for the narrow web market. This includes the ability to navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape with compliant technology and solutions.
INX will be front and center with digital ink products and technology. UV LED and water-based inks for various printers and printheads will be showcased, in addition to EB inks for the FUJIFILM Dimatix Samba printhead.
For brand owners and package converters looking to meet their sustainability goals, INXhrc natural-based flexographic inks are a solid choice. There are multiple benefits, starting with improved production efficiencies. These inks increase ink mileage with less resource consumption and waste generation, and contain fewer chemicals compared to traditional inks, thereby reducing regulatory risk. Using sustainable materials such as these can help reduce a companys CO2 footprint by 20 to 30 percent compared to standard aqueous ink.
INX will also promote its latest EB Low Migration solution. Prodigy EBGA was the SGIA 2018 Product of the Year for Digital Inks – Industrial and Packaging. A premium Electron Beam inkjet ink that is used in Utecos GAIA printer, it provides strong adhesion to a range of traditional label material and film with high chemical and scratch resistance.
On the conventional side of the business, INX is second to none in its ability to offer in-plants the latest products and solutions. At the show, the complete line of flexographic and special effect inks will be available for many applications, ranging from the Tag & Label and Packaging markets to shrink film. Water and UV coating options will also be available and a HMJ ink dispenser will be demonstrated. The dispenser can accommodate multiple dispense containers from jugs to pails and has a variety of features that will help any size operation.
