Reproflex Scandinavia Earns FlexoExpert Certification

Reproflex Scandinavia (Denmark) produces data, design and digital printing plates for the packaging industry with business in almost all areas of the graphic process, including prepress for flexo, offset and gravure. Reproflexs dedication to be the leading and preferred supplier of high-end pre-press services in Scandinavia was the motivation to participate in Flint Groups FlexoExpert Certification Program, and as of June 2017, they can call themselves an official FlexoExpert.
During a six month process consisting of three main steps – evaluation and training, implementation, and audit – the FlexoExpert Certification Program provides the means by which plate makers can further optimize their work flow processes to make more reliable and consistent plates time and again. With the guidance of a Flint Group expert, Reproflex Scandinavia implemented the program and passed the final audit to earn the honor of FlexoExpert Certification of its plate making process, and in doing so became the first company in the Nordic region to achieve this certification. The certification serves as proof to its customers that the company utilizes best practices in its flexo plate making, and therefore customers can count on Reproflex Scandinavias aspiration to deliver unsurpassed day-to-day service and high-quality.
“In addition, we have developed a detailed log system giving full documentation and traceability. Reproflex Scandinavia has joint the program to optimize and standardize the production,” says Soren Lund, Technical Manager at Reproflex Scandinavia. “Our customers can rely on consistently high quality flexo plates.” he continues.
With its plate making expertise and focus on service, Flint Group first introduced the program in April 2016, and offers it globally to customers interested in gaining further education on the standardization of the flexo platemaking process.
