Epson Enhances Mobile App Enabling Easy Instagram Photo Collage Printing

Instagram users now have an effortless way to wirelessly print from the 40+ billion uploaded photos1 with the new Epson Creative Print App. Bridging the divide between the digital image and the physical photo, the enhanced version of the Epson app simplifies the mobile printing process, providing a seamless solution to create, preserve and share Instagram pictures in the form of long-lasting, high-quality photo collages.

Part of the robust Epson Connect suite of mobile printing solutions, the new app features a simplified design and interface allowing users to easily channel their inner creativity and build photo collages using their own Instagram images as well as virtually any photo stored directly in their tablet or smartphone. Up to 12 photos can be selected and highlighted in a framed photo collage and then printed in a variety of sizes, up to 8.5″x11″, using compatible Epson all-in-one printers, such as the Epson Expression Home-XP-430 Small-in-One.

In addition to Instagram, the Epson Creative Print app can access Facebook photos to create custom greeting cards and stationery, including lined paper, and personalized paper – all using your own photos. Plus, print photos directly onto CD/DVDs3 and turn personal photos into coloring book templates – a great option for both adults and kids. The ultra-creative mobile user can take it a step further and leverage the Creative Print app and social network photos to create and print DIY crafts, dorm decorations, and even display-worthy refrigerator décor. For added convenience, users can also purchase supplies including ink and paper directly through the mobile app.
