Konica Minolta Acquires AMS Imaging
Tuesday 22. April 2014 - Acquisition to Enhance Enterprise Content Management Business Practice
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) today announced that it has acquired AMS Imaging, New England’s premier enterprise content management solution provider, to support and further expand the company’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) business practice growth strategy.
As part of the acquisition agreement, AMS Imaging will become part of Konica Minolta’s ECM business practice and market under the name Konica Minolta. The primary office location in Warwick, RI will continue to support the New England, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut markets, as well as house the company’s management and administrative staff.

AMS Imaging was established in 1971, and offers end-to-end ECM solutions including consulting services, software, digital scanning equipment, and production scanning services to help companies of all sizes reduce costs and improve efficiency.
