Mimaki and Bompan Bring Innovation to Viscom Italia 2013
Thursday 03. October 2013 - Show's largest stand to feature broad array of textile and industrial applications
Mimaki, a leading global manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers and cutting machines for the sign/graphics textile/apparel and industrial markets, is joining its long-time partner and distributor, Bompan, at Viscom Italia, one of Europe’s most important visual communications exhibitions, scheduled for 3 to 5 October in Milan. Bompan and Mimaki are located in Pavilion 9, Stand H11 L20 at the show.

Mimaki will have a substantial presence in the Bompan stand with a focus on soft signage solutions, a growing business opportunity for visual communications companies.

Mimaki products on display in the Bompan stand include:
JV400SUV Series: This printer sets a new industry standard by combining the flexibility of solvent printing with the durability of UV cured inks, resulting in smooth, glossy prints and a high resistance to scratching and weathering.
JV400LX: This innovative roll-to-roll printer is available with up to six colors and white. Its eco-friendly latex inks are fast-drying, require less heat (and lower energy costs with a wider range of substrates) and deliver breathtaking print quality. It is the world’s first latex printer to feature water-based white ink.
UJV500-160: This roll-to-roll printer features environmentally friendly LED curing of UV inks, including the new LUS-200 UV inks jointly developed with 3M. When applied to 3M media and installed using 3M guidelines, these inks carry the prestigious 3M MCS Warranty that covers fading, cracking, peeling and other aspects of graphic performance. LED curing and long-lasting LED bulbs bring a new dimension of environmental leadership to wide-format printing.
JFX500-2131: This is the grand format UV flatbed printer with LED curing and multiple ink options. With printing speeds up to 60 square meters per hour, the printer sets a new standard in speed, flexibility, quality and environmental sustainability.
