Eastman increases GLYCOL ETHER ESTERS prices on February 15

Tuesday 05. February 2013 - Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products Feb. 15, or as contracts allow.

These increases are due to increased market demand and operating costs, particularly in raw materials.
EASTMAN EB ACETATE : Off-list price increase of $USD 0.05/lb ($USD 0.11/kg) globally.
EASTMAN DB ACETATE : Off-list price increase of $USD 0.05/lb ($USD 0.11/kg) globally.
EASTMAN DE ACETATE : Off-list price increase of $USD 0.05/lb ($USD 0.11/kg) globally.
EASTMAN PM ACETATE, All Grades : Off-list price increase of $USD 0.06/lb ($USD 0.13/kg) globally.
