Eastman increases OXO Alcohols prices on February 15

Thursday 31. January 2013 - Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products Feb. 15, or as contracts allow.

These increases are due to increased market demand and operating costs, particularly in raw materials, energy, and freight.
EASTMAN 2-Ethylhexanol : Off-list price increase of $USD 0.05/lb ($USD 0.11/kg) in North America and Latin America.
EASTMAN 2-Ethylhexanoic Acid : Off-list price increase of $USD 0.05/lb ($USD 0.11/kg) in North America and Latin America.
EASTMAN n-Butyl Alcohol : Off-list price increase of $USD 0.05/lb ($USD 0.11/kg) in North America and Latin America.
EASTMAN Isobutyl Alcohol : Off-list price increase of $USD 0.05/lb ($USD 0.11/kg) in North America and Latin America.
EASTMAN n-Butyraldehyde, all grades : Off-list price increase of $USD 0.05/lb ($USD 0.11/kg) in North America and Latin America.
EASTMAN Isobutyraldehyde, all grades : Off-list price increase of $USD 0.05/lb ($USD 0.11/kg) in North America and Latin America.
