China Daily adopts EidosMedia global newsroom solution

Monday 29. October 2012 - China's leading English-language daily will use the Méthode editorial and publishing platform to grow their global news publishing operations.

With a daily circulation of more than 800,000 and a readership both within China and abroad, China Daily provides an important international window onto Chinese affairs. The paper has offices in Beijing and other Chinese cities, as well as in major centers in Asia, Europe, Africa and the USA. It has multiple Asian, European and US print editions, in addition to an online edition and e-paper.
As part of a strategic plan to expand its operations and develop a 24-hour, global newsroom, China Daily has chosen EidosMedia’s multiple-channel publishing platform Méthode, in conjunction with the dedicated Web CMS, Méthode Portal Server.
