Albuquerque Publishing Company launches Atex Advertising
Thursday 27. September 2012 - The Albuquerque Publishing Company - the advertising sales, production and distribution agent for New Mexico's largest and most read newspaper, the Albuquerque Journal - is live with Atex Advertising. The Atex system centralizes the Albuquerque Publishing Company's workflow and expands new print and digital ad sales opportunities.
The 75-user Atex system replaces several legacy databases at the Albuquerque Publishing Company and manages the complete advertising process, including ad order entry, scheduling, tracking, publishing, reporting and billing. The streamlined workflow will enable increased sales performance and profitability.
Established in 1880, the Albuquerque Journal is a home-owned, independent morning newspaper. The Albuquerque Journal serves as the newspaper of record for the state with five separate morning editions including the Journal, Journal Santa Fe, Rio Rancho Journal, West Side Journal, and Journal North.
Albuquerque Publishing Company’s Chief Operating Officer Brian Fantl said, “We are excited to have officially launched the Atex advertising system. It has been a very smooth transition and the Atex team has been there for us every step of the way.”
“The new Atex system enables the Albuquerque Publishing Company to run more efficiently and effectively,” commented Albuquerque Publishing Company MIS Director Monty Midyette. “We are confident that we will see excellent results.”
