Hans Ulrich Märki to chair ABBs 2011 Annual General Meeting
Monday 02. May 2011 - ABBs Board of Directors said that Board member Hans Ulrich Märki will chair the 2011 Annual General Meeting of the company on Friday, April 29.
He will substitute for Hubertus von Grünberg, the Chairman of the Board, who is recovering from surgery this morning. As previously announced, Hubertus von Grünberg is standing for re-election to the Board tomorrow. The Board of Directors intends to re-elect him as its chairman following the Annual General Meeting.
