MWV Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Tuesday 19. April 2011 - MeadWestvaco Corporation’s (NYSE: MWV) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.25 cents per common share.

The payment of the dividend will be made on June 1, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 2, 2011.
