Huawei Symantec Customers Receive Comprehensive Service Offerings through New Agreement with Kodak

Thursday 24. March 2011 - Kodak, a leading provider of information capture and document imaging technology, and Huawei Symantec Technologies Co., Ltd., a leading provider of network security and storage appliance solutions, today announced a new North American service agreement.

The agreement enables KODAK Service and Support to provide professional, first-class service offerings to businesses using Huawei Symantec solutions. The new program, HS Care, offers customers three options for Kodak on-site and technical support, including:
HS Care Standard: 8am – 5pm local-time workday telephone support and next business day delivery on replacement parts
HS Care Silver: 24 x 7 telephone support, next business day delivery on replacement parts and next business day onsite support
HS Care Gold: 24 x 7 telephone support, replacement part deliveries and onsite support within four business hours
