BASF increases prices for higher alkylamines in Europe
Monday 14. March 2011 - With immediate effect , or as existing contracts permit, BASF is increasing the sales prices for higher alkylamines in Europe as follows:
Monoethylamin (MEA 70%) + 40 /t
Diethylamin (DEA) + 80 /t
Triethylamin (TEA) + 90 /t
Monoisopropylamine (MIPA) + 200 /t
Monopropylamine (MPA) + 80 /t
Dipropylamine (DPA) + 90 /t
Tripropylamine (TPA and TPA+) + 100 /t
Monobutylamin (MBA) + 150 /t
Dibutylamin (DBA) + 170 /t
Tributylamin (TBA and TBA+) + 180 /t
Octylamine (OA) + 220 /t
2-Ethylhexylamine (2-EHA) + 160 /t
Di-2-Ethylhexylamine (Di-2-EHA) + 170 /t
Tris-2-Ethylhexylamine (Tris-2-EHA) + 180 /t
Tridecylamine (TDA) + 250 /t
Di-tridecylamine + 250 /t
Diethylethanolamine (DEEOA) + 110 /t
or by the corresponding amount in local currency.
These high-quality special amines form the starting material for the production of various intermediates that are used for example in the agrochemical, pharmaceutical, rubber and coatings industries.
