Eastman Chemical Company and Woodgrain Millwork, Inc. Announce Strategic Collaboration

Wednesday 02. March 2011 - Eastman Chemical Company today announced a strategic collaboration in the form of a significant license agreement with Woodgrain Millwork, Inc., a leading manufacturer of millwork.

The agreement provides Woodgrain Millwork with the exclusive use of Eastman Cerfis technology for moulding and trim products.
Eastman Cerfis technology is a patented surface technology that provides the ability to precisely coat multiple surfaces of moulding or trim for enhanced product aesthetics, performance and consistency. Products made with Cerfis can be primed or finished, allowing for easy installation.
