Co-operating for compact air-conditioning technology

technotrans AG, the international system supplier for special purpose machinery, has signed a cooperation contract with Merlin Technology GmbH located in Ried in Austria. The aim of the agreement is to combine the technologies of the German specialist for water preparation and compact cooling and temperature control units, with the systems to measure and control humidity that are built by the Austrian company.

This water is supplied by our units.”

According to Brickenkamp the collaboration also has higher technological goals. *With the particularly compact refrigeration systems of our new subsidiary Termotek, technotrans and Merlin are on track to developing a sophisticated air-conditioning technology, which can be installed in very tight spaces. This is especially of interest to the dynamic digital printing market.”
As a first signal of the close working relationship, technotrans AG and Merlin Technology GmbH presented their solutions jointly at the Hunkeler Innovation days in Lucerne, Switzerland. Users of Merlin products will benefit from the worldwide service and sales network of technotrans AG. To begin with, the European subsidiaries of technotrans will offer Merlin technology and products. In the medium-term sales and services will also be available via technotrans in Asia and the USA.
