Nordson Corporation Declares Second Quarter Dividend for Fiscal Year 2011

Wednesday 16. February 2011 - Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq:NDSN) today announced that its board of directors declared a second quarter 2011 cash dividend in the amount of $0.21 per common share, payable on March 15, 2011 to shareholders of record on March 1, 2011.

This amount equals the $0.21 per common share dividend paid in the first quarter of fiscal year 2011.
