Shuttleworth acquisition secures its position in the corrugated market

Tuesday 08. February 2011 - Shuttleworth Business Systems is delighted to announce that their subsidiary company CDM Solutions, has acquired Abraqsys Business Systems based in Northampton.

Abraqsys is a successful software development company with a particular expertise within the sheet feeding sector of the corrugated industry. This amicable acquisition provides a superb strategic fit with CDM Solutions business which already has an established client base in the corrugated market, both within integrated plants and the sheet plant sector.
CDM Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shuttleworth Business Systems based in Kettering, Northants, one of the world’s leading suppliers of Management Information Systems to the packaging industry.
