Truyol Digital discovers the benefits of HP Indigo digital technology

Monday 24. January 2011 - Truyol Digital, of Alcorcón (near Madrid), Spain, has installed an HP Indigo press 5500 to deliver higher colour quality for commercial and photo applications. Founded in 1983 offering repro and photographic services, Truyol Digital now employs 40 people and offers a range of commercial and wide format services.

While well established in digital printing, the company carries out variable data printing and on-demand services and is proud of its average 24-hour delivery time to anywhere in the Iberian peninsula. The HP Indigo press 5500 is the company’s first HP Indigo, and consequently its first to use HP ElectroInk.
“Having seven colours offers impressive capabilities,” said Joaquín Truyol, general manager, Truyol Digital. “We use orange and white HP ElectroInk to get a wider PANTONE Colour gamut and the white ink gives additional application versatility. Printing with white ink greatly improves our print offering, enabling us to produce many jobs that were out of our reach before.”
