FSSI Opens a new Dallas-area Print and Fulfillment Facility
Thursday 23. December 2010 - Company enhances client Disaster Recovery services, broadens national footprint for its outsourced statement and invoice production, electronic statement presentment, and bill presentment solutions
To broaden its national footprint for delivery of printed statements, bills, invoices and customer correspondence, Santa Ana, CA-based Financial Statement Services, Inc. (FSSI) announced the opening of a new operations facility in Coppell, Texas. Strategically located near both DFW airport and a major USPS office, the new plant provides services that include high-volume imaging and inserting, and Disaster Recovery (DR)/business-continuity processing.
“The Dallas facility mirrors the capabilities and comprehensive quality and audit processes established at our Santa Ana headquarters, including our proprietary Unique Piece Tracking (UPT) and letterStreamOneTM solutions,” says FSSI president Jennifer P.W. Dietz. “Our industry-leading suite of custom communications solutions now links to both print and mail facilities so clients can choose the best location for their mailings,” Dietz adds.
Additional DR/business-continuity support
FSSI’s Dallas expansion also enhances its business-continuity support for Santa Ana, according to Chief Operating Officer, Henry Perez.
“FSSI’s Dallas DR server configuration consists of multiple, enterprise-class systems, with more than adequate capacity to process and store high-volume print and mail jobs. All updates and modifications are replicated to the DR servers in real-time, via remote access. If a disaster is declared, servers will be utilized for receiving transmissions, processing client data, and managing online communications and job status, while equipment in either Dallas or Santa Ana will handle actual print and mail fulfillment,” Perez explains.
Texas-certified WBE and supplier diversity
FSSI is certified by the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and is a member of the Texas-based Women Business Enterprise Alliance. These credentials may help many companies satisfy internal supplier-diversity initiatives.
