Cal Poly Graphic Communication Institute Offers Winter Workshops
Monday 06. December 2010 - Cal Poly's Graphic Communication Institute is offering four workshops on Saturdays in January through March for professionals or anyone interested in sharpening their photography, print, web and multimedia software and design skills.
Topics for the workshops are “Beyond Snapshots – Taking Photography to the Next Level,” “Photoshop: Basic Production for Web and Print,” “InDesign CS5 Jumpstart,” and “Deconstructing Web Pages.” Workshops are offered on two consecutive Saturdays.
Graphic Communication faculty members Brian Lawler, Lorraine Donegan and Ken Rothmuller will lead the workshops.
Registration is $195 for each workshop, with a discount for registering for more than one. The workshops are open to the public.
Cal Poly’s Graphic Communication Institute is an outreach effort of the university’s Graphic Communication Department, created to provide industry professionals with access to Cal Poly’s state-of-the-art resources.
