Ingis Asset Management opts for 9lives 55 Silk
Wednesday 03. November 2010 - In its quest to be environmental whilst retaining top quality for its promotional materials, Ingis Asset Management has chosen to put all its work on to one paper stock, 9lives 55 silk.
“As a company we made a commitment to reduce our carbon footprint and by selecting a paper with a 55% recycled content we are helping to do that but 9lives 55 is a paper which can still print our logo in a spot colour that will really stand out against any background,” says Nicola Sweeney, business services manager.
The company uses a group of five different printers and needs a stock that will be practical, printable and enhance the quality look and feel, giving the branding real legs when information is distributed to its corporate and private investors. The printed products include monthly and quarterly reports, the Investment Insights customer magazine and a range of other sales aids.
“Although run lengths for different products can range from 500 to 100,000, we will probably use 9lives 55 Silk on about 500,000 printed products a year. The Donald Murray Paper turnround times are fantastic; there is always someone at the end of the telephone,” says Nicola.
9lives 55, part of the “born again” range bespoke to PaperCo, is an FSC accredited coated paper and board range manufactured with a 55% recycled fibre content (25% post-consumer de-inked pulp FSC certified, 30% pre-consumer fibre, and 45% FSC certified virgin ECF fibre from sustainable forests). It is available in 100 to 350 gsm weights. It has many of the visual and mechanical attributes of a virgin stock.
Donald Murray Paper is part of PaperCo, a paper merchant that is committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
