A broad ranging role, Mark will be responsible for developing Kodaks multi-vendor service and support business targeting new OEMs, value added resellers (VARs) and other relevant organisations to create new opportunities for Kodak
Having worked for over 10 years in service and support roles for Anacomp Limited and Sony UK Limited, Mark Pickering has extensive international strategic account development and sales expertise.
With over 120 Kodak employed engineers in the UK alone, and 3,000 professionals in total worldwide, Kodaks service and support business has traditionally focused on providing break-fix services to print, scanner, imaging, and tape and disc storage vendors.
In addition, Kodak also works with various partners who provide access to training, technology and spare parts so that service and support solutions can be provided to enterprise customers using UNIX and Intel-based servers, and select storage devices from manufacturers including EMC and Hitachi Data Systems.

My appointment demonstrates that Kodak is taking its multi vendor services business extremely seriously by employing some one specifically to drive this forward.”
