Fuji Xerox Ranked Highest for Both Large and Small/Medium-Sized Businesses in J.D. Power Asia Pacific Color Copier Customer Satisfaction Study

Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. was ranked highest in the industry in a customer satisfaction for both large and small/medium-sized businesses, based on the J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2010 Japan Color Copier Customer Satisfaction Index StudySM, which was released on August 31 by J.D. Power Asia Pacific, Inc., a global marketing information service company.
In the large enterprise market segment, Fuji Xerox received the highest scores in all three factors evaluated: products, sales response and maintenance services. Also for the small/medium-sized businesses segment, it had the highest score in products, with sales response and maintenance services running a close second. This top-level evaluation for the products in both segments, as well as the high scores in services, resulted in the company being ranked highest overall customer satisfaction.

J.D. Power Asia Pacific has been conducting customer satisfaction studies for copiers used in offices since 1993. The company conducted the 2010 study during May and June, targeting business entities in Japan with more than 30 employees, and received 4,263 responses.
