Says Stephen Palmer, Production Print Director, Ricoh UK: “The 60 day trial is giving printers a risk-free opportunity to explore the considerable benefits web-to-print can bring to a print business – including greater traction with customers and 24 hour uptime for orders. However, we recognise not all printers have the resources – financial or otherwise – to integrate a full in-house web-to-print solution.
“As NowPrint works on a remote ASP model, it offers a low cost, low risk, scalable solution that will fit the needs of the printer and then grow as the business grows. We invite all Ricoh production customers to take up this 60 day free trial and discover the real impact a robust, low cost web-to-print solution can have on their business.”
Upgrade paths and easy integration with back-end systems ensure customers can maximise previous technology investments. The solution also features an active document previewer that allows the user to visualise the final job on screen before it has been printed. Its basic configuration offers the ability to upload files that are generated at a print buyers location, select items from a print-on-demand catalogue where basic personalisation can be introduced and order non-print related products. Each site has a unique URL which reflects the print service providers brand identity and can support unlimited numbers of product catalogues per print buyer.
The Business Driver programme is an exclusive package of business development services for Ricoh production printing customers in the commercial and corporate sectors.
