The system will support all of the digital and print retail and classified sections, including the Service Mart, Expert Witness, and Lawyer to Lawyer customized classified sections.
Real EstateThe Retail Space Guide, Office Space Guide, the Real Estate Magazine and the Midwest Real Estate News Directory will transition all retail sales, pagination and layout to the new Miles system, including the new “customer portal” for electronic proofing of retail ads by both the customer and the sales team; a key new efficiency which will loosen ad deadlines and increase the sales cycle.

For all product areas above, the Miles 33 CRM package will replace the current use of ACT, providing an integrated sales, CRM and order entry system across products.
In addition, for products with editorial content such as the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, Miles will fully integrate its ad layout with the existing Tera editorial and web CMS, which is now part of the Miles 33 suite of products as a result of the recent acquisition of Tera Digital Publishing by Miles 33 in July.
“We are delighted to win this business as a strong example of the flexibility of our software with regard to supporting such a diverse group of products within one company”, said Don Sullivan, Senior Vice President of Sales for Miles 33. “We anticipate this will be a showcase installation for other publishers to watch in this multi-media world that we live in.”
