Pitney Bowes Named a Best Company to Work For in India by the Great Place to Work Institute
Friday 02. July 2010 - Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) today announced that its software division based in India has earned recognition as one of Indias Top 50 Best Companies to Work For in 2010 by the Great Place to Work Institute. Pitney Bowess ranking on the list was revealed in a special supplement of the June issue of The Economic Times.
Companies are selected for the Best Companies list based on their employees responses to a “Trust Index”, which gauges how employees feel about the organization. A “Culture Audit” also captures the policies and practices followed by the organization.
