Atexs latest advertising system release expands CRM functionality
Tuesday 29. June 2010 - The latest Atex Advertising release features more than 300 new enhancements including upgrades for online self-service and customer relationship management (CRM)
Whether its streamlining advertising workflows, reducing costs in the advertising production process or generating new revenue through packaged sales, the latest release of the Atex Advertising system provides publishers with more functionality than ever before to help solve critical business needs.
For media companies that want to expand their digital advertising presence, Atex Advertisings online self-service module allows publishers to create a complete digital ad environment from a single system. This new software release gives online advertising customers rich tools to submit photos online and in print. It also offers full support for ad order copy features, advanced zoning, and single sign-on.
Atex Advertising also improves AdSales, the Atex CRM package. AdSales now provides enhanced support for commissions and leads. Media companies using AdSales can easily divide commissions between multiple salespeople on the same order. This helps managers augment commission packages with more incentives for sales staff. The Atex CRM now processes leads from various sources and purges leads that are no longer valid. Salespeople will get a better understanding of their sales pipeline, which in turn increases the accuracy of their business forecasts to sales managers.
“Atex is committed to delivering the best advertising platform in the world,” said Lars Jiborn, Atex Advertising Global Product Manager. “With version 3.2 we once again extend our product offering, ensuring our customers that Atex Advertising is the future platform for all advertising sales and processing; be it in print, online or mobile. We provide solutions that allow our customers to grow while keeping cost at a minimum.”
Along with new functionality for online self-service and its CRM module, Atex has added expanded packaged sales features, new rating engine capability, and new MediaLink ad production features. The recent acquisition of Kaango means that Atex can offer an improved and seamless web-to-print capability both for AdBase and Kaango customers.
