INX Digital introduces real innovation at Fespa 2010
Monday 07. June 2010 - The launch of new 100% disposable ink feeding systems, BIO Inks and new textile and metallic inks for innovative industrial applications are only few of the innovations introduced by INX Digital at Fespa, the most important exhibition this year for the company
INX Digital, one of the leading inks manufacturers worldwide, is ready to enlarge its range of Triangle-branded alternative inks solutions, core business of the company since its foundation. At Fespa 2010 the most important product launch will be Eco Bulk, a new type of bulk ink delivery system consisting of kraft cardboard instead of plastic, where only the ink is contained in a squeezable foil bag that may be thrown away after being completely drained. The advantages for customers and the environment are numberless: theyll be able to order only the bag instead of the whole cartridge and, once its life is finished, the Eco Bulk is completely disposable. In order to further reduce the waste also the size of bags has been increased up to 2 liters. Also well-known BIO Inks will be shown in operation at Fespa, together with existing series of high-quality alternative solvent and mild solvent inks for different wide format solutions. Furthermore INX Digital enters the fast growing textile market with a series of inks for flag & banner applications, both for transfer paper and direct printing on fabrics. At Fespa theyll be shown in a real production workflow with two printers and a heat press for transfer.
Once again at Fespa 2010 an attractive highlight of the INX Digital booth will be the Evolve segment, already introduced by INX Digital at latest International trade shows. All solutions within this area concern industrial printing applications, such as labeling, printing on metal cans, packaging, etc. Videos and samples of existing stories will be shown in the booth, while INX Digital executives will be available for further widenings.
Last but not least INX Digital is also introducing new revolutionary metallic inks, already shown at International Sign Expo in Orlando (USA) last April and suitable for a series of wide format inkjet printers. They can be used for spot silver fills, as a metallic background for any image or mixed with other inks to create amazing effects and confer additional value to any printed job.
“Todays digital printers are asking for more affordable, cheaper and eco-friendly solutions, but also for technologies that may distinguish their offer, open new applications and increase their incomes” – states Paolo Capano, Managing Director EMEA at INX Digital – And Im proud to affirm that almost all the solutions were showing at Fespa 2010 meet these requirements. At INX Digital were all thrilled to face up to the show featuring such an extensive and innovative range of ink solutions.
