Just Published: Trends in Newsrooms from the World Editors Forum
Tuesday 01. June 2010 - The World Editors Forum has spent the past year tracking developments in newsrooms around the world for its annual Trends in Newsrooms report, and has come up with four key areas of concern for editors everywhere:
New digital platforms, and the explosion in mobile news delivery through tablets, smart phones, E-paper and more;
Link journalism, and the importance of aggregation, search, Twitter, Facebook and other social media;
Content monetization, cost cutting, and the search of new business models to fund investigative and quality journalism;
