UK based Intec Printing Solutions enjoys Success by exporting a range of innovative digital products to more than 40 countries

Tuesday 18. May 2010 - Intec Printing Solutions, the world leaders in multi media heavy stock digital printing systems announces the launch of their new HPP500 and APP400 Production Printing Systems.

Producing over 2,000 full colour envelopes or sheets per hour the HPP500 and APP400 are fast and flexible solutions to providing high quality ultra heavy stock printing. Combine these new systems with Intec’s recently released variable data software and you have a powerful and cost effective solution to meet the toughest customer demands.

With a bespoke and versatile automated input and output system the HPP500 and APP400 can print onto envelopes and other media from 148 x 210mm to an incredible 320mm x 1.2metres. This combined with the ability to handle an astonishing range of media including polyester, packaging board, magnetic media, and approved media up to 512gsm makes these two new additions to the Intec range the most versatile and cost effective printers in their class.

With the benefit of printing onto longer media, Intec printing systems give you the advantage of producing products such as a 6 page A4 brochure or a landscape A4 cover, products that most small format digital printers cannot manage.

“At Intec we have been developing the new product range ensuring we meet the demands of both our partners and their customers.” comments Ian Melville, Managing Director.

“We continue to invest in developing our technology and appointing new global partners. Intec products are sold in over 40 countries and whilst trading conditions have been generally tough, we have focused our resources and energy in developing our brand globally with a great deal of success.”

“I’m very excited about this next phase in our development and I have no doubt that the new production print systems and software solutions will be enthusiastically received.”

Intec’s global partners are experiencing very high demand for the new products.

“Working with Intec has helped us grow our business and whilst trading has been very difficult in Spain we have established the Intec brand right across the country and have recently appointed new partners in Portugal.”commented Sergio Blanch, Managing Director of Reprografia Industrial de Catalunya, one of Spain’s most successful document solutions providers.

Gerrit Ziljlstra, Managing Director of Card Digital Printing Solutions based in the Netherlands commented:

“We have pre sold the new systems to many of our customers as they know the excellent reliability and low cost base that Intec systems provide. With the high level of support we receive from Intec and the launch of the new products we expect to at least double our hardware sales this year and increase consumable sales threefold.
Intec have listened and responded to our customers needs and we will sell many of the new systems to our customers across Benelux and more importantly they will help us establish many new customers.”

Intec Printing Solutions are in negotiations to appoint new partners in South America, China and India and expect the Intec brand to be well established in these countries by the end of the year.

Kerry Button, Channel Development Manager for Intec comments:

“The CP2020 and its innovative range of modular accessories have been designed specifically to meet our customer’s requirements, delivering a fast return on investment. Customers that are looking to print on a very wide range of media should take a look at Intec as the range offers incredible versatility, reliability and the lowest running costs in its class.

We will continue to rapidly expand our business by introducing new solutions and working closely with the right partners. Intec enjoys global success by delivering innovative, cost effective products with a first class support structure.

It’s a simple but very effective plan.”
