SCREEN EXTENDS ITS DIGITAL AND CTP RANGE IN RUSSIA, UKRAINE AND OTHER CIS COUNTRIES WITH ITS STRONG TIES WITH YAM INTERNATIONAL
Friday 14. May 2010 - New market opportunities in digital and offset CTP open up as Screen develops its relationship with leading Russia, Ukraine and CIS distributor YAM International
Screen has extended its distribution agreement with YAM International to include its print on demand (POD) and wide format digital solutions, plus offset CTP products, in Russia and Ukraine in addition to the Screen flexo CTP products it added to its portfolio in October 2009.
YAM International will now offer the Truepress Jet520 continuous feed, single-pass inkjet printer for on-demand newspaper, book and high volume transactional and direct mail printing; the Truepress Jet2500UV high quality and high speed wide format inkjet printing system; and the Truepress Jet1600UV-F for vivid full-colour printing of signs and displays.

YAM International is one of the main suppliers to the graphic arts sector in Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries. It was founded in 1989 and is now a leading supplier of equipment, consumables and service to the printing and packaging industries.
