Next to new CA display media and the “Erfurt wallpaper CA”, honoured with the Viscom Innovation Award, Neschen present their current and new digital print textiles. At the focus: “multitex” – a polyester textile which can be printed both with the DyeSub method and with pigmented water-based, UV-curing and latex inks. In the course of this year’s Fespa appearance Neschen especially emphasise the presentation of the complete workflow, which ranges from printing to further processing and finishing with protective and mounting films.
Because of the great success at the Viscom 2009 Neschen AG repeat their activity “wallpapering live at the booth” at the Fespa in Munich. An application engineer shows the attendees how easily the digitally printable Erfurt wallpaper CA can be decorated using standard adhesive. This nonwoven wallpaper certified by the Color Alliance (CA) is free of PVC and softeners.
The standardised CA coating provides production safety in large-format inkjet printing. It significantly reduces the number of colour profiles, which simplifies production flows and increases productivity. Furthermore, a comprehensive CA workflow guarantees the colour accuracy of the inkjet printing, so that printing service providers, retailers, print buyers and end users get maximum process reliability.
The coating specialists from Bückeburg make their complete range of products available for trying out in practice. In a specifically set up Demo-Centre the experts at Neschen present their multifaceted solutions. The range goes from a big selection of print media via laminates for UV printing to floor graphics applications. Attendees can also test the new Neschen films “solvoprint easy dot 100” and “gudy window”.
Rounding it all off, an HP latex printer will be set up in order to be able to present the new ink system in combination with print media like the Erfurt wallpaper CA and the different laminating possibilities. In addition, Neschen will be printing live the new polyester textile multitex on an Epson inkjet for pigmented water-based inks.
“The main approach of our appearance at this year’s Fespa is best described with the words ‘Hands-on applications for trying out'”, says Frank Seemann, marketing and communications director of Neschen AG in Bückeburg. “That is why complete printing processes, which range from selecting the print medium via printing itself to finishing, are in the focus. We set a high value on practically orientated applications.”
Neschen AG will be at the Fespa 2010 in Munich from June 22 through June 26: Hall B2, Booth 260. As a development partner for renowned manufacturers like HP the coating specialists from Bückeburg will present their multifaceted products and solutions. The company is especially known for its inkjet media for large format printing.
