Canon Launches X-Rite i1Process Control Trainer Certification Program

Intensive digital printing program developed with global leader in color science produces color management experts across Asia
Continuing its drive towards increasing standardization for the print industry, Canon today announced the launch of the X-Rite i1Process Control Trainer Certification program – an intensive training program developed to equip personnel in the digital printing industry with the latest color management expertise. Developed in conjunction with X-Rite, a global leader in color science and management, the three-day training program is designed to raise the level of color management expertise – specifically on the i1Process Control platform – across Asia.
The X-Rite i1Process Control Trainer Certification program has been built on the i1Process Control software platform and is aligned to the latest technologies available in Canon’s imagePRESS production printing systems. In essence, a train-the-trainer program, the X-Rite i1Process Control Trainer Certification will be open to advanced personnel in the digital printing industry from across the region. Certified X-Rite i1Process Control candidates will then be able to transfer their knowledge on to relevant staff, partners and clients in their respective countries.

The X-Rite i1Process Control Trainer Certification program will be open to digital printing professionals from Singapore, Indonesia, India, Malaysia and Thailand. The first training kicked off from 9th – 12th of March and was conducted by X-Rite color management experts in Singapore.
