Yellow Pages Group Announces the Resignation of Helena C. Cain as Senior Vice-President, Sales

Monday 12. April 2010 - Yellow Pages Group (YPG) (TSX:YLO.UN) today announced the resignation of Helena C. Cain as Senior Vice-President, Sales effective immediately.

Ms. Cain joined YPG in October, 2009. Ms. Cain has decided to pursue other career opportunities in Saint John, New Brunswick, where she is currently located. The Company wishes her the best in her future endeavours.
