Muller Martini at Ipex 2010

As well as a variety of innovations for finishing processes, Muller Martini will also be showcasing new solutions for variable-size web offset printing at Ipex 2010 in Hall 19, Stand C750.

The center piece of the web offset printing presses at the Muller Martini Ipex stand will be the presentation of the new VSOP solution. The VSOP (Variable Sleeve Offset Printing) web offset printing press for flexible packaging and folding carton printing uses simple and rapid size changes to its advantage. Sleeve technology allows print sizes to be changed easily without having to remove entire printing inserts, meaning this process is not only quick and simple, but also exceptionally cost effective for print lengths that change frequently.

Thanks to the integration of VSOP technology, Muller Martini can offer an extensive range of printing presses for web offset printing, meaning it is able to meet the requirements of a wide and unique customer base – ranging from (traditional) forms and paper labels, to comprehensive and varied plastic wrapping including film labels or shrink sleeves.
