Color-Logic Certifies Fujifilm FinalProof as an Effect-Proof Partner with New Color-Logic Metallic Color System

Wednesday 07. April 2010 - Color-Logic has announced the certification of Fujifilm FinalProof as an Effect-Proof Partner for use with the Color-Logic Process Metallic Color System for offset printing.

“Proofing is a critical element in any printing system,” states Color-Logic Sales and Marketing Director Mark Geeves. “The Fujifilm FinalProof system vividly demonstrates both the effects and color that designers can realize and printers can produce using the Color-Logic Process Metallic Color System.”

Jason Kammes, Fujifilm Product Marketing Manager for Color, Proofing and Wide Format Products, added: “Using our silver metallic donor and a generic ICC profile for offset printing, we are able to produce proofs that simulate the press images extremely well. The special effects and the number of metallic colors Color-Logic can generate should be very popular in packaging and traditional offset applications”
