Neopost USA also has designed the DS-75 and M5500 with improved Mail Flow Optimization. The systems allow you to connect directly to your mailing machines for automatic postage calculation, minimizing extra steps and interruptions by processing all mail in one run.

The new high-capacity vertical stacker can process up to 500 envelopes reducing incidents of unloading. Enhanced Operational Efficiency and Improved Mail Quality

The ease of use and quiet operation of the DS-75 and M5500 enable them to easily adapt to any working environment, especially the office. Designed for simplicity, these advanced folder/inserters have new graphical, color, touch screen control panels for friendly, intuitive user interfacing. The new user interface makes it easy to walk up and run a quick one-time or pre-programmed ongoing job within seconds. For quick walk up jobs, the job setup process automatically measures documents and envelopes and adjusts all settings, saving them for future use when needed with up to 25 programmable job settings. Another enhanced feature of the folder/inserter is the powerFold capacity. It now supports up to ten single-fold sheets in an envelope and can tri-fold up to eight pages, therefore increasing the amount of pieces inserted. Job productivity has been increased with programmable envelope sealing, eliminating the need for manual switching. Several feeder configurations enable you to process an array of mail piece types, including monthly statements, invoices and virtually any other application your business may have.
