Kodak Board Elects Steven Decker as Vice President
Monday 01. March 2010 - Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Steven Decker as a Vice President of the company, effective immediately.
Decker, 48, is General Manager of Film Capture, Paper & Output Systems, Film, Photofinishing & Entertainment Group, a position he has held since last year. In that role, he is responsible for a broad portfolio of consumer and professional films, papers, chemistry, and workflow software and solutions.
Decker joined Kodak in 1996 and has subsequently held a variety of increasingly responsible positions in operations, marketing and general management in Kodaks consumer digital and traditional businesses.
Prior to joining Kodak, Decker held a variety of management, operations, engineering and finance positions with Thomson Consumer Electronics and Rockwell International.
Decker holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Indianapolis and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Iowa. He is a registered professional engineer.
