GLOBAL GRAPHICS APPOINTS NEW HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT
Tuesday 09. February 2010 - Global Graphics SA (NYSE-Euronext: GLOG) has appointed Mike Finta as development director.
Mr Finta has over 25 years experience in the software and IT sector. He gained his grounding in software development at ICL before moving into project management at a variety of end user organisations (including BACS and Virgin) and consulting with PA Consulting. In 1997 he joined Oracle, where he spent 8 years, as a director and then senior director responsible for a variety of different products in the Oracle portfolio. Whilst at Oracle he spent 4 years based at Oracles headquarters in Redwood Shores, California, managing the development of a new leasing application.
For the last five years Mr Finta has led software applications development first at Fortent, formerly Searchspace, a successful financial services software company in London that was acquired by New York private investor Warburg Pincus, then at VC-backed ClusterSeven and Skinker and most recently at privately-owned Collinson Latitude, a worldwide marketing, travel and financial services group, setting up a team based in London, Zurich, Sydney, Singapore and Pune (India).
He joins Global Graphics senior management team and reports to the Gary Fry, CEO.
