MetaCommunications Offers Free Classroom Software to Graphic Arts Educators
Thursday 22. October 2009 - The new Software for Students Program provides colleges, technical institutes, and high schools with the software, support and training necessary to educate students on how to manage the workflow, productivity, and business aspects of a career in the graphic arts industry.

According to Penny Ann Dolan, Graphic Information Technology Professor at Arizona State University, students with exposure to MetaCommunications software have a distinct advantage in todays competitive market. Dolan says, “For the past 4 years we have used Job Manger [a module of the Workgroups suite] as a resource to teach about MIS in the graphics field. It’s been wonderfully instructive and we have had feedback from graduates that it has helped with their jobs and put them ahead of the pack.”
