SGIA Announces 2010 Board of Directors
Tuesday 13. October 2009 - Joseph Shondel named SGIA Board Chairman
Joseph Shondel, Selecto-Flash Inc. (West Orange, New Jersey), was named Chairman for SGIA’s 2010 Board of Directors.
Shondel was appointed along with incoming First Vice Chairman Michael Mockridge, Mockridge Doming Systems (Ashton-Under-Lyne, England); Second Vice Chairman Gordon Brown, New Vista Image (Golden, Colorado); and Third Vice Chairman Lynn Krinsky, Stella Color (Seattle).
James Gill, FUJIFILM Dimatix Inc. (Lebanon, New Hampshire), was named Associate Vice Chairman; Pete Gallo, Vista Color Imaging (Cleveland), was named Secretary; and Scott McLean, DI Graphics (Wheat Ridge, Colorado), was named Treasurer.
Sheila Brooks, Alabama Graphics & Eng Supply (Birmingham, Alabama); Edward Cook, Jr., ECI ScreenPrint Inc. (Thomaston, Connecticut); Nathan Franzblau, Graphic Application Systems (Jacksonville, Florida); William Kujawa, GFX International (Grayslake, Illinois); and David Landesman, Lawson Screen & Digital Products Inc. (St. Louis) were newly elected members to fill a three-year term on the board.
Continuing their terms as directors are printer members Michael Emrich, Meto-Grafics Inc. (Cary, Illinois); Brian Hart, Hart Consulting Services (Seattle); Eric Henry, T.S. Designs Inc. (Burlington, North Carolina); C.Y. Lee, CY International Co. Ltd. (Seungnam-si, Gyunggi-do, South Korea); Tim Markley, Markley Enterprise (Elkhart, Indiana); Hoddy Peck, Meisel (Dallas); and Rich Thompson, Ad Graphics Inc. (Pompano Beach, Florida).
Supplier members continuing their terms on the board include Keith Borcz, GBC (Addison, Illinois); Jane Cedrone, EFI (Meredith, New Hampshire); Don Feagan, SAi (Philadelphia); Scott Fisher, Fisher Textiles (Indian Trail, North Carolina); and Jeff Notto, 3M Graphics Market Center (Saint Paul, Minnesota).
Also serving on SGIA’s 2010 Board of Directors will be Immediate Past Chairman Carl Baldwin, Falcon Graphics Inc. (Arlington, Texas); Chairman Advisory Council representative Kent Yunker, Yunker Industries Inc. (Lake Geneva, Wisconsin); and SGIA President and CEO Michael Robertson.
