Solimar is Optimized for Xerox FreeFlow Process Manager
Tuesday 22. September 2009 - Solimar Integrates with Xerox Product Offering to Expand Application Flexibility
Solimar Systems, Inc., a leading developer of enterprise output management solutions, today announced its Rubika, SOLfusion and SOLindexer solutions have been designated as “Optimized for FreeFlow” by Xerox Corporation. The Xerox-validated Solimar solutions add variable and transactional document capabilities to the Xerox FreeFlow Process Manager by enabling the modification, addition or removal of selected data components such as address information, barcodes, or dynamic TransPromotional content.
Solimars software has earned the Xerox Business Partner distinction by tightly integrating its output management technology with the Xerox FreeFlow Process Manager. Xeroxs FreeFlow Digital Workflow Collection operates as the “central point of control” in a digital print shop environment by automating printing and administrative operations and integrating digital printing methods with traditional business, management and production processes.
“The best way to describe this integrated solution is that we have enabled Solimars transactional capabilities and rich features within FreeFlow Process Manager,” said Chris Mazur, manager, SDK Program, Xerox Corporation. “This new integration opens the door to a whole new world of workflow opportunities for our customers.”
“The new solution integration will provide significant value to Xerox customers that output large volumes of transactional documents,” said Mary Ann Rowan, Solimars Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “This integration will enable Xeroxs FreeFlow users to streamline their workflow, operate more efficiently, reduce their document development costs, and easily add dynamic TransPromo capabilities to generate new revenue opportunities.”
Integrating Solimars transactional products with the Xerox FreeFlow Process Manager introduces highly flexible Automated Document Factory (ADF) workflow capabilities such as finishing, document re-engineering, archiving, and reprints in production printing environments.
