ReadSoft signs €200,000 agreement with leading European organization

Wednesday 05. August 2009 - ReadSoft has received an order worth approximately €200,000 from a global leader in chemical production and development. The solution by ReadSoft will automate and optimize the accounts payable processing and will also integrate with the customer's existing SAP system.

The decision to automate its accounts payable (AP) processing is mainly driven by the increased pressure to reduce costs and optimize resources. With the increasing invoice volumes as the company grows, the case for AP automation by utilizing ReadSoft’s imaging and workflow solution becomes even stronger.

After a thorough benchmark of the available solutions on the market, the company decided to invest in ReadSoft’s accounts payable solution for SAP due to its proven success in the global market. ReadSoft’s solution will automatically scan, interpret, and distribute incoming invoices integrated with the existing SAP system, eliminating physical movement of paper-based invoices.
