Kofax Provides One of the Five Largest Container Shipping Companies with an Invoice Processing Solution

Kofax plc (LSE:KFX), the leading provider of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, today announced it will provide one of the five largest container shipping companies with an invoice processing solution. The value of the contract to Kofax is more than $200,000.

The organization will use Kofax software to capture, extract and perfect data from thousands of invoices it receives annually at multiple subsidiaries and in multiple languages from more than 15,000 suppliers. The resulting data and images will then be exported into an IBM-based workflow for further processing. As a result, the organization will be able to process invoices in a more efficient and accurate manner, thereby resulting in timelier payments, reduced costs and opportunities for additional preferred supplier relationships.
