New issue of Goss Internationals Web Offset magazine now available
Thursday 16. July 2009 - A new edition of Web Offset magazine, published by Goss International, is now available. Electronic versions of current and previous issues can be downloaded from www.gossinternational.com.
The latest issue includes technology articles on the new Goss Ecoset dryer, which uses 50 percent less energy than previous versions, and the latest developments benefiting users of the Goss M-600 press, the world’s most popular 16-page press over the last 17 years.
Issue #64 of Web Offset magazine additionally profiles printers and publishers that are utilizing Goss technologies to improve their efficiencies and positions in the market place. The Houston Chronicle, in the U.S.A., has taken a broad-minded approach to this in an effort to reduce its impact on the environment, resulting in a dramatic reduction in ink waste. Similarly, Australian commercial web printer AIW Printing selected a Goss press system along with specific auxiliaries and consumables to be as environmentally-friendly as possible.
