Atlantic Zeiser to Debut Innovative Inkjet Print Engines for the Label Industry at Labelexpo Europe

Atlantic Zeiser, a leading innovator and technology supplier for the narrow web label industry, today announced that it will be introducing two new innovative label print engines and integrated solutions to the European market at Labelexpo Europe, the world’s largest event for the label, product decoration, web printing and converting industry, scheduled for September 23rd through 26th in Brussels. Both the GAMMA 70 full-color inkjet printing module and the DELTA 105 UV grayscale printing module will be on display at the show for the first time in Europe. Atlantic Zeiser is located in Hall 11, Stand Q75.

Atlantic Zeiser is planning an expanded presence at Labelexpo Europe, which is being billed as “The Greatest Label Show on Earth.” The GAMMA 70 P will be exhibited on the PRATI Saturn web system, the first time the GAMMA will be shown on a web-to-web system. It will also be using Atlantic Zeisers eco-friendly SMARTCURE LED UV curing modules. In addition, Labelexpo Europe marks the global launch of the new DELTA 105, which is available in two versions, UV and waterbased.
The BRAILLEJET – another topic from Atlantic Zeiser for the label industries – will be displayed on the partner stand of company Grafotronic in hall 11, stand P 70. In close proximity to the AZ stand, three BRAILLEJET printers will be operating live in production as part of a complex web system for variable data label marking.

GAMMA 70 series: The full-color GAMMA 70 print engine is capable of printing at an impressive top speed of 24m/minute. It is a single-pass UV solution that incorporates Xaar 1001 print nozzles to produce stunning quality at a high native resolution of 360 dpi, and offers grayscale printing appearing visually to be as much as 1060 dpi. The module prints on a wide variety of porous and non-porous materials such as plastics and films, metallic foils, cardboard and paper. With a print width of 70.5mm (2.775 in), the GAMMA 70 can be integrated in-line with sheet-fed or web systems. The variable drop capability of the industrial-strength Xaar 1001 printhead consistently produces smooth tone graphics, fine detail, sharp text and barcodes, generating great results quickly, cost-effectively and reliably. The new module is also highly flexible as an industrial level full-color marking system. A choice of UV curing modules is also available to suit specific applications. These include Atlantic Zeiser’s new eco-friendly SMARTCURE LED UV curing technology for temperature-sensitive products.
DELTA 105
This grayscale printing module is available in UV and water-based versions. It is a premium print engine with speeds of up to 120 m/min with UV, or 150 m/min with water-based inks, at a print width of 105 mm and a native print resolution of up to 600 dpi. This new module strengthens and completes the range of industrial inkjet printing products from Atlantic Zeiser.
