Eastman Increases Isophthalic Acid Prices on July 1

Tuesday 09. June 2009 - Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products effective July 1, or as contracts allow.

These increases are due to continued escalation in raw materials and ongoing inadequate margins.

Eastman Isophthalic Acid: Off-list price increase of $US 0.03 /lb ($US 0.07/kg) in North America and Latin America.
