SCREEN RESELLERS RECOGNISED FOR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT

Friday 29. May 2009 - This year's "Screenie" award winners have been announced at Screen Europe's recent international resellers' conference in Amsterdam. Four companies received the prestigious sculpture in recognition of their outstanding success in selling Screen products and solutions.

The “Screenie” Mikado award for overall International Reseller of the Year was presented to Emirates Trans Graphics for commitment and dedication to customers, training and engineering support. The three ‘Shogun’ awards for outstanding achievement went to Fujifilm in Sweden, STAG in Portugal and TOMM in Saudi Arabia.

At the awards presentation Brian Forsdike, President of Screen Europe commented: “Awards are presented for high, consistent performance. The “Screenie” awards are our way of showing appreciation to our resellers for their enthusiastic dedication and commitment to Screen.”

Emirates Trans Graphics has had an impressive sales record in the last financial year with Screen CTP systems and the Truepress 344 DI press. The company continues its excellent relationship with Screen UK and its reputation is built on the superb service it gives to its customers.

Over the last few years Fujifilm Sweden has been a constant factor in maintaining Screen’s market share in the Swedish market. The sales team has remained dedicated and focused throughout 2008/09 and has achieved excellent results in selling Screen’s thermal CTP systems.

For over 20 years, Stag, Portugal has been a Screen distributor in Southern Europe and has been very successful in selling Screen’s traditional CTP products. Over the last year, Stag has been focusing on Screen’s digital products, in particular the Truepress 344 and the large format Truepress Jet 2500 and has increased sales by 60 per cent year on year.

TOMM prides itself on excellent customer service and have once again made this its top priority. This has played a major part in its continued sales success in 2008/09.
