EFI Extends Financing Options to Jetrion 4000 Systems
Friday 22. May 2009 - Unique Program Reduces Cash Outlay and Lease Payments to Encourage Equipment Investment
EFI (Nasdaq: EFII), the world leader in customer-focused digital printing innovation, today announced it has added its Jetrion Industrial Inkjet Systems to its innovative financing program aimed at helping qualified print service providers grow their businesses without impacting their cash flows.
The “EFI Stimulus Package” provides for zero out-of-pocket costs for the first six months of ownership followed by 50 percent off of the normal lease payments for the next six months on new qualifying printer purchases, dramatically lowering the first full year cost of ownership. Already available for EFI VUTEk printers and now for Jetrion, this program is expected to boost businesses’ abilities to expand their product portfolios and reach new customer bases with minimal drain on cash flow for the first year.

The Jetrion 4000 UV Inkjet System offers label converters an affordable, full-color narrow web alternative to toner-based digital printers for label runs of up to 50,000 labels and beyond. With speeds of up to 30.5 meters per minute at more than 1000 dpi with greyscale technology, the Jetrion 4000 delivers high-quality, full-color label printing up to 13.9 centimeters (5.5 inches) wide. The system also features Jetrion’s advanced UV4000 ink set which provides exceptional durability and reduces the need for costly over-laminates. In combination with EFI’s Fiery XF RIP and EFI’s XFlow solution, the inks provide outstanding color reproduction across a wide range of substrates using an intuitive PDF-based digital workflow. In addition to the Jetrion 4000, the company has a range of monochrome systems which can be mounted on a flexo press or rewinder to bring instant variable data capabilities to any label converting business.
The EFI Stimulus Package is currently only offered in the United States, with global finance programs expected to be available soon.
