Ricoh Launches New Aficio SP 4210N High Speed Laser Printer

Ricoh Americas Corporation, the leading provider of digital office equipment, today announced the launch of the Aficio(R) SP 4210N, a new high-quality monochrome laser printer. The affordable printer delivers impressive speed and superior image quality, as well as advanced security and workflow tools. These features help small and mid-sized businesses reduce their total cost of ownership as they invest in digital office equipment.

Built with a compact design ideal for mid-sized offices, the Aficio SP 4210N has a maximum printing speed of 37 pages-per-minute (ppm)(1) at full resolution of 1200 x 600 dpi. Productivity is increased for the user by a first print speed of less than seven seconds, as well as quick warm-up time of only 19 seconds. Additionally, the printer features an All-in-One print cartridge system that is easily replaceable by the user, saving time and money spent on service calls. A large, 256 MB internal RAM also eliminates the need to add more storage space for networked documents.

The Aficio SP 4210N offers users high-end workflow and security options to improve efficiency and protect important information. Users can manage device settings, view job queues and check supply levels from a computer desktop by using standard Web Image Monitor. Data, documents, passwords and personal information can all be stored or shared by Ricoh networked devices in order to provide appropriate security protection. Furthermore, network data traffic can be minimized by utilizing small file size with PDF Direct Print.
